I've never done Pilates before, can I join?

YES! Everyone in class is super friendly and the environment is designed to make you feel comfortable, so you get the most out of your workout. If you are returning from injury, please make sure your GP or Physio has signed you off. Classes I would recommend if joining from injury are Gentle Mat Pilates and FND Reformer Pilates.

I'm not flexible, can I still join in?

YES! I get asked this question ALOT, you do not have to be flexible to do Pilates. Flexibility comes from moving and developing the strength to be able to manage and develop your flexibility.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

You are able to cancel your class up to 24hours in advance, If you go to cancel your session within the 24hrs you will not be refunded for the session.

Mat classes are non refundable.

My class pack is running out, can I transfer my credits?

LA Pilates provides different options to suit all. If you do not feel you will be able to attend all sessions within the given time you can purchase classes individually. Classes cannot be transferred over once they have expired.
