These sessions are designed to help you keep moving in a safe and productive way during and post pregnancy. There’s no pressure, just you and the reformer. This is normally a small group of lovely women all in the same boat. I walk you though essential breathing techniques and movements that will really help you feel you most amazing self.

I also run the online ‘Mum Hub’ which is designed for woman 3months post birth, which can be done at our own pace, between feeds, school runs and everything else the kids throws at us!
