Flow Pilates

This class is not for the faint hearted. Here we focus on full body strength, stability and alignment, along with creating flow between the exercises. This class is set to challenge you and push your boundaries. It is suitable for those who have been practicing Pilates for a while and are fit and healthy. If you don’t know what a ‘Roll Over’ is or you do and it is not there for you yet, I would say you’re not quite ready for this class just yet.

Flow Pilates is held at Penryn, Ponsanooth, Portreath and Carnon Downs.

Gentle Pilates

This class focuses in on core strength, stability and alignment. My aim is getting the body working in a more efficient way so you can get on with the things that matter to you in your life. These classes are great for anyone and everyone, whether you’re going through rehabilitation, brand new to Pilates or a seasoned Pilates goer wanting to just improve your technique, this class has you covered.

Gentle Pilates is held at Penryn, Flushing, Ponsanooth, Portreath and Carnon Downs.

Chair Pilates

Chair Pilates is a low impact session using different props whilst staying seated. It is a great way to keep your body moving, to strengthen muscles whilst increasing flexibility and mind, body awareness. This is a fantastic class if you are recovering from injury or just trying to keep your body moving in a friendly environment.

Pilates is a proven way to help prevent injury so why wait when you can do something now.

Chair Pilates is held at Portreath only.

Personal Training

Personal Training 1:1 sessions, are a great way to focus on your own needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, wanting to get back into shape after having children or training for a marathon these sessions target on your personal goals.

At The Studio in Penryn, we have a fully equipped apparatus studio offering you the best experience Pilates can offer you. We have a Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wonda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arcs, Weights, Wobble Boards, Rotation Discs and more. Come along and start your Pilates journey today.
