If you struggle to balance, stand up and sit down, this class will be too challenging for you. Please enquire about our 1:1's.

L1 / L2

This class is based on L1 however participants that are L2 will be encouraged to take alterations. This class will still be challenging and push your boundaries to help you become stronger, improve your flexibility and stamina. If you struggle to balance, stand up and sit down, this class will be too challenging. Please contact for our 1:1 sessions we offer.
