Unlike most programs, I’m all about that personal touch. This program is designed for you, which is why the 1:1 consultation is super important so I can gauge how to take the classes based on the ladies we have in the group. There is a max of 10 spaces meaning everyone will be heard and concerns worked with. This really is a super exciting opportunity to come back fighting ready to take on your new role as Mum.

Please note you must have clearance from you GP, midwife to take part in this program.

Hi, I’m Lucy,

I’m super excited to have you here 🙌🏻. If you’re anything like me, and if you’ve read this far I guess you are, you need some support in getting moving again after the whirlwind that is childbirth.

I’m not afraid to admit it but becoming a Mum, for me, was one of the hardest things that I have ever done. Not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. My old life, like I knew it, was gone and I was left feeling very on the edge of what I could / couldn’t do, and that’s coming from the girl who knows what she can do!

My birth was not how I pictured it, in fact it was the total opposite, emergency c-section after a gruelling 48hrs. I was left feeling deflated, broken, where was this joy I was meant to feel? I felt like I had failed. Not being able to move my legs post surgery was one of the hardest things, I remember just lying there crying and then my daughter would join in with me! Now I wear my scar as a badge of honour, my first scar as a fierce Mumma protecting her cub.

Becoming a Mum is hard, FACT. But it doesn’t have to be. I have created this program to help women, like you, to feel empowered about their bodies and feel they can move again without fear of judgement, leaking and breaking at the seams, genuinely felt like I would at times!

I’ve done it and so can you! I’m so excited to see you grow in confidence, breakthrough all the overwhelming bits and most importantly become the best version of you, so you can be the best version for your little bubba bears.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! Even if you have never done any Pilates before, this is designed for getting Mums moving. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast, I'll guide you through a series of classes that focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment, so you really come into your new body. 💞

  • No, however in some of the classes I do use small kit such as the circle, weights, resistance band and ball. You do not need them though to join in.

  • As part of the program, you can message me with questions at any time. No question is too small or silly, if you’re thinking it, ask it! I aim to respond within 48hrs.

  • This course runs as a one off, after the 3 weeks you won’t have access to the videos.

  • You won’t need to worry as its a one off payment.
