LA Pilates Classes, in Carnon Downs is the place for you! I provide Pilates mat classes for all bodies and levels. I have been doing Pilates since I was 14 and after a severe herniated disc I decided to change my career to help others through Pilates.

Pilates in Carnon Downs, Chycara has a beautiful setting and evening twinkling lights in the evening. My sessions are personalised to try and get the most out of each individual. Classes are limited to 14 participants, so you get the attention you need to progress your Pilates mat practice in a group environment.

Approaching from Carnon Downs
Continue down Chyreen Lane, you will get to a mini ford, drive over this and the entrance is on your right-hand side. Please make sure you are not turning into what looks like a house drive, this is the owners. As you drive down the entrance, you will pass some parking to the right, you can park here if there are spaces or alternatively keep driving down, pass the main hall on your right (this is where the classes take place) and follow the track to some parking at the back. It looks a little like a field, please try and park as nicely as you can. Then follow the path back around to the hall. Please feel free to call me if you get lost on 07842041048.

Approaching from Perranwell / Bissoe
Drive down Chyreen Lane, you will get to a ford, do not go over this, take the entrance on your left.

Clothing

Please wear clothes that you are comfortable in. Make sure you wear layers so you can keep your body warm during the session, you probably won’t need them but it is always nice to be warm rather than cold.

It is not essential to wear grip socks, however I do recommend them as they help for grip on your mat. You can get these from amazon fairly cheaply or I do sell them at £12.50.

What do I need to bring?


Please bring your own mat. I highly recommend that you have a Pilates mat and NOT a Yoga mat. Pilates ones are thicker 10mm / 12mm which help to protect your spine during the session. You can get these on the internet very reasonably.

You are more than welcome to bring along your own kit, Magic Circle, Bands, Over Balls, however I will provide the kit needed for that session. You are more than welcome to bring a bottle of water, please make sure the top is secure to reduce spillage.
